Are you into Customer Service? An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent Customer Service skills to join our Atlaschoice. The ideal candidate will have exceptional inter-personal and communication skills. You must be a result and quality driven individual with a strong customer service focus. With this position you will be responsible for resolving post sale queries and direct customer complaints in line with the companys procedures. The duties will include dealing and resolving issues over the telephone promptly and courteously. In addition to that you will also be dealing with client correspondence, so letter-writing skills are a must. Essentially, we require professional individuals who can demonstrate the ability to communicate both with oral and written words. Also, you will be monitoring refunds and compensations on behalf of the company. In addition to this role you will do data loading on spare time. To apply for this position you should have a minimum of 1 years experience within a customer service role from backgrounds such as Tour Operator, Retail Agent, Airline, or Car hire or Hotel Industry.

Digital Advertising Accounts Executive
|
To develop a portfolio of existing & new accounts, you will be co-ordinating with our creative team, digital media. Media planning, buying, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and scheduling skills required and excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities include:- developing of existing & new accounts including client presentations;
- working closely between departments, with production (interactive and creative) to ensure high quality work.
- reporting job progress to clients and handling day-to-day client queries and resolving issues; and
- taking part in campaign planning and media buying and scheduling Skills.
Applicants are required to have the following qualifications and skills: - a relevant degree or relevant Higher National Diploma or equivalent;
- good inter-personal communication skills
- ability to communicate with both the immediate team and other agency departments;
- demonstrate resourcefulness when solving problems and the ability to think laterally and strategically
- experience in working in a creative, team environment
- at least 1 years experience working in a range of media/traditional media industries
