Formigal Information

El Formigal, officially called Aramon Formigal, is a ski resort situated near the town of Sallent de Gallego in the upper Tena Valley of the western Pyrenees (province of Huesca, Spain).

It has 83 km of marked pistes, being one of the most extensive resorts of the Pyrenees. The highest point is Tres Hombres peak, 2300 m AMSL, with a vertical drop of 800 m.

The base of the resort is a purpose-built town which includes several hotels and apartments and is situated at 1500 m AMSL.
^* IMPORTANT: due to certain restrictions, we may not be able to offer cover to certain countries if they are deemed a war-zone and/or if the FCO recommends no travel to the area/ region/ country.
